Worcestershire Digital Inclusion Survey

We want to understand how people across Worcestershire access and use the internet, digital services and online tools.

Published: 1 October 2026

The survey is a chance for residents across Worcestershire to share their experiences of digital technology, helping us better understand what’s working well, where barriers exist, and what support people may need in the future.

Every response will help us build a clearer picture of digital inclusion across the county, so whether you’re sharing with service users, volunteers, colleagues, community groups, residents, patients or customers, we’d really appreciate your support.

Paper copies available from 9 October

We know that not everyone is online, so paper copies of the survey are planned to be available from 9 October to help ensure as many people as possible can take part.

If you are an organisation that has agreed to hold paper copies for collection or return we will be in touch with you in the coming days to organise delivery. The list of available places will then be live on the web pages: Worcestershire.gov.uk/DigitalSurvey

Survey support

A number of organisations have agreed to support residents to complete the survey.

We will create a list of support locations on the website ahead of 9 October so residents know where they can go for help if needed. This will be available at Worcestershire.gov.uk/DigitalSurvey

Promotional resources

We have also launched a promotional materials page which will include resources to help you promote the survey, such as:

  • Posters
  • Postcards
  • Social media graphics
  • Newsletter copy
  • Website copy
  • Digital promotional materials

The Digital Inclusion Partnership has grown into a fantastic network of organisations that are passionate about ensuring everyone in Worcestershire can benefit from the digital world. We’re looking forward to working together to gather as many responses as possible over the coming weeks.
